Finishing up the first month of 1985, we have 2 movies that were released in the Twin Cities: the sex comedy TOMBOY, and the true story of THE FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN.  There were also 4 movies released in New York that never got a release in Minnesota: Kevin Reynolds' coming-of-age road dramedy FANDANGO, a sexploitation adventure THE PERILS OF GWENDOLINE IN THE LAND OF THE YIK YAK, SUPERSTITION (which was called THE WITCH overseas in 1982, but finally got it's U.S. release this year), and a documentary called FALASHA: EXILE OF THE BLACK JEWS.  I haven't seen any of these before so I was looking forward to diving in this week.  Let's get started!
